initiative The Homeownership Preservation initiative was created to promote neighborhood stabilization by equipping current and prospective homeowners with the tools and resources necessary to preserve homeownership. The initiative includes training and resources for both prospective and current homeowners with a focus on proactive alternatives to foreclosure for at risk homeowners and asset protection.
